Whether you’re buying a gift for a loved one or adding a new cuddle buddy to your own collection, we aim to ensure every delivery is smooth and satisfying. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our team begins processing within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (Within the Country):
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship to many international destinations. Delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processes, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
Note: Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. AdonisFunk is not liable for these additional charges.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.
Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on items marked Final Sale, or for hygiene reasons, items that have been visibly used.
How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you need a different plush toy or want a replacement, please return your original item first, then place a new order. This helps us process your request faster and ensures availability.
